Rental Prices and Booking Terms
Please find our weekly and short break gite rental prices below.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed Booking Form and rental deposit, a copy of which, together with our Terms and Conditions is available upon request.
The standard rental period is from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of a week. We will however consider alternative rental periods, dependent upon availability and season. Please contact us with your requirements.
Gites are available from 16:00 hrs on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on your departure day.
Electricity and bed linen costs are included in the rental. Towel and cot hire are available for a small weekly rate if required.
Pets are permitted only during low season in Stable gite. Our express agreement is required at the time of booking, so please contact us to discuss.
Payment Terms
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit.
The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Damage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of €200 (or £150) is payable at the time of making the final payment.
Weekly Pricing Structure for Barn Gites
> Mid Season (May, June, September): £360 per week
> Peak Season (July, August): £525 per week
Weekly Pricing Structure for Stable Gite
> Low Season (April, October): £235.00 per week
> Mid Season (May, June, September): £300 per week
> Peak Season (July, August): £390 per week
Short Break Pricing Structure
Short break rentals (MINIMUM of 3 days) are priced per night/per gite as follows:
Barn Gite: £60 per night (May, June, September)
Stable Gite: £50 per night (May, June, September) or £40 per night (April/October)
Short breaks are not available during the months of July or August, when the minimum rental period is one week, or during Easter Week which is charged at mid season rate.
